Computer Requirements

Secret Shopping Services uses the Sassie online reporting system. *Please note if you are signed up with 'other' Sassie sites, you will still need to complete another application on our Sassie sight. Once you agree to the IC agreement, you will be taken to that link.

Although the majority of our reporting will be via the Sassie online reporting system, there will be an occasion when a shop will require you to send and receive attachments completed in Word 97 or higher and Excel.

Contacting our Schedulers

Please contact our schedulers via email unless it is an absolute emergency. We have thousands of shoppers and contacting us by phone is very time consuming.

Assignments

When you are given an assignment, please read and follow all of the directions carefully. If the directions are not followed, we will not be able to send your shop into our client, and we will not be able to pay you for your assignment.

Dependability

Shoppers who prove their dependability end up getting all the work they can handle!! To be one of these shoppers you need to follow directions and complete your assignments by the due date given to you. If you need to cancel or reschedule a shop, please do so as soon as possible so we can reassign the shop. Failure to turn in reports on time will disqualify you for future shopping assignments.

Writing Skills

You must have excellent writing skills to work for us. Many of our reports require detailed narratives. Take the time to go over your reports and check for correct grammar, punctuation and spelling. Our staff edits all reports that we receive. If your reports require revision, chances are you will not be hired again as a shopper.

Leads Program

The Leads program is an incentive to our "Shoppers" to increase the volume of shops within their area. Please submit all sales leads to our Customer Service Department. Whenever a sale is made due to a lead provided by a shopper, the shopper receives a bonus.
